Returns
Items can be returned for a refund, not including shipping, within 14 days.
Damaged merchandise can also be returned for a refund, not including shipping, within 14 days. In most cases a replacement cannot be offered because many pieces are handmade and one of a kind. However, a repair can be attempted and a refund issued if it is not successful. The repaired item will be shipped back for free.

Personal information is only shared with the shipping company delivering the products ordered. It is never sold to other companies.
Shipping
Shipping rates are listed with each item. Any orders will be shipped through the USPS being that most items do not weigh much and they offer the best rates for lightweight items. Items can only be shipped to the United States and Canada at this time.
